Supply Chain Management

The Supply Chain Management (SCM) mission is to support Peoples' organizational strategies and business plan by managing materials and supplier partnerships. By maintaining these professional connections, our department hopes to create value for customers, suppliers, and Peoples.

We will accomplish this mission through innovation, constant expansion in our supply base, coordination of supplier selection, and on-going support of Peoples' business units. Our SCM leadership team ensures a supply base focused on continuous improvement and optimization of total cost of ownership. We work hard to align our department's goals with the overall corporate strategy.

Materials Management

The primary goal of Materials Management is to ensure a controlled access to inventory items at all warehouse locations. We focus on operating at lean but adaptive inventory level, taking the necessary steps to fulfill material requirements needed for every-day operations. We believe that rigorous planning with operations, engineering, and design will translate into a safe working environment for our customers, both internally and externally.
